By accessing our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order with MANOMAYEE, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. Products

At MANOMAYEE, every saree is thoughtfully curated with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, design, and authenticity.

Many of our sarees may be handwoven, handcrafted, hand-dyed, embroidered, printed, or created using traditional techniques. Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, motifs, embroidery, zari, measurements, or finish may naturally occur and are part of the unique character of handcrafted textiles. Such variations are not necessarily considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen resolution, device settings, and the nature of the fabric.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, fabric details, and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the item. An order is confirmed only after it has been successfully placed.

In the event of an error in product information, pricing, or availability, MANOMAYEE reserves the right to correct the information and contact the customer regarding the order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, credit/debit card networks, or other payment methods made available on our website.

MANOMAYEE reserves the right to revise product prices at any time. Price changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed, except in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

4. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information while placing an order.

MANOMAYEE reserves the right to decline or cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, inaccurate customer information, or other reasonable circumstances.

Order confirmation and other order-related communications may be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other contact information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

MANOMAYEE ships orders through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Shipping charges, estimated processing times, delivery timelines, unsuccessful deliveries, and other delivery-related conditions are governed by our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.

6. Exchange

Eligible products may be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Exchange Policy.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging.

Certain products, including customised, altered, stitched, sale, clearance, or final-sale products, may not be eligible for exchange.

7. No Monetary Refunds

MANOMAYEE does not ordinarily provide monetary refunds for purchases or customer-requested cancellations.

Where applicable and approved by MANOMAYEE, an eligible amount may instead be issued as a MANOMAYEE Credit Note/Store Credit for a future purchase.

Any credit note issued will be subject to the terms and validity communicated at the time of issuance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict any customer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are subject to our separate Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation may generally be requested only before an order has been processed, packed, customised, altered, or dispatched.

Once processing or customisation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Sale & Promotional Products

MANOMAYEE may occasionally offer discounts, promotional codes, festive offers, or sale events.

Promotions may be subject to specific validity periods, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, multiple discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined.

Sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale products may not be eligible for exchange or credit note unless specifically stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

10. Saree Care

Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with the product or displayed on the relevant product page.

MANOMAYEE cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper washing, dry cleaning, ironing, storage, handling, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

11. Intellectual Property

The MANOMAYEE – The Saree Wardrobe name, trademark, logo, photographs, videos, graphics, website design, written content, product descriptions, promotional material, and other original content are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by MANOMAYEE/Bilvadala Traders.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, commercially used, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, courier providers, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other technology services.

MANOMAYEE is not responsible for interruptions, delays, security practices, or other matters arising from independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MANOMAYEE/Bilvadala Traders will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available to consumers that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

MANOMAYEE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Bilvadala Traders, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal requirements.
